Kerala engineering colleges Saintgits and Sahradaya enter final round of QuEST Ingenium 2017
Trivandrum, August 25, 2017– Two engineering colleges in Kerala has made it to the list of 10 finalists of QuEST Ingenium 2017, an India-wide engineering talent search competition. The students from Saintgits College of Engineering, Kottayam and Sahrdaya College of Engineering and Technology, Thrissur will compete with other eight engineering colleges across the nation to become the winner of Ingenium 2017 on September 15, 2017 at Trivandrum. The top 10 projects are spread across Aerospace, Automotive, Embedded & Electronics and Mechanical streams.
The expert panel evaluated the teams on the basis of the project’s ability to solve a key problem in the Mechatronics stream across different industries that will deliver value to the society. During the finale of Ingenium 2017, these 10 teams, selected from 8,000 teams who had registered, will showcase their projects to industry experts and the winner will get a chance to visit the Airbus facility in Germany along with a cash prize of INR 1 lakh.
